Once your order has been placed and payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation by email. When your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a track & trace code so you can follow the shipment.

Shipping costs will be shown during checkout and depend on the destination country. Any import duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
Items can be returned within 14 working days in their original packaging, with the safety ribbon intact. Returns with a broken ribbon cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Our children’s sizes are based on average age ranges.
Please note that every child is different, so we recommend using this chart as a general guideline. If your child is between sizes or taller/shorter than average, consider sizing up or down accordingly.
