At Oser Couture, we ensure that your order is processed with care and shipped as quickly as possible. We ship worldwide.
Once your order has been placed and payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation by email. When your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a track & trace code so you can follow the shipment.

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Netherlands – 1 to 3 working days
• Within the EU – 3 to 7 working days
• Outside the EU – 7 to 14 working days

Please note: during busy periods or due to possible customs checks, delivery may be delayed. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

Shipping costs will be shown during checkout and depend on the destination country. Any import duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

Items can be returned within 14 working days in their original packaging, with the safety ribbon intact. Returns with a broken ribbon cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
